Select your raw material from our stock of salvaged Huon Pine craftwood logs, stumps and limbwood at your nearest IST site Strahan, Geeveston or Smithton - new material arrives regularly at IST Strahan and truck loads are delivered intermittently to IST Geeveston and IST Smithton to refresh their stock.

Prices at IST Strahan: craft logs and stumps $600 per cubic metre, limbwood less than 150 mm diameter $800 per cubic metre, birds-eye figured wood from $1,100 per cubic metre.
You can also visit IST Geeveston (50 minutes south of Hobart) during their business hours, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, to select Huon pine craftwood logs, stumps, branches or limbwood. Prices for Huon pine material at Geeveston are about $100 per cubic metre more than at Strahan to cover freight and handling costs. The new IST Smithton site at 22790 Bass Highway, 400 m. west of the junction with Brittons Rd, also stocks of Huon pine craftwood and craft logs and is open for sales each Thursday and Friday from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Contact the Manager, Stuart Swanson, tel. 0428 467 408 to discuss your requirements.
