The prices shown below are based on prices accepted per cubic metre and indicate the range of offers expected for special timbers material offered for sale by tender. Of course each tender contains different material and competition for logs varies from tender to tender. The price range of dollars per cubic metre shown for each material type approximates prices offered for the range of tendered logs, from smaller good quality logs up to the larger, highest quality pieces.
Generally IST only offer material for sale by tender whose quality is very good, excellent or exceptional. Of course we cannot guarantee the internal quality of any log but are careful to accurately and honestly describe each piece offered for sale. The images for each piece aim to show the key features which affect piece value and product recovery.
